Job summary

Moor End Academy is seeking a CLA Learning Support Coordinator to assist pupils and small groups in reaching their potential. You’ll support tailored teaching strategies, behaviour plans, and IEPs, while fostering inclusion and confidence in the classroom.

You’ll work within a supportive Moor End team, promoting positive relationships and high-quality pastoral care as part of a national curriculum delivery. DBS checks required.

Responsibilities

• Support individual pupils or small groups to achieve their potential.
• Contribute to inclusive practice and access to the national curriculum.

• Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to monitor pupil progress.
