The successful candidate will join a friendly team, providing essential administrative support across various departments. 22.5 hours a week - Permanent
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant with the Community Hospital admin team. We are a small but very friendly team.
The successful applicant will require excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills, with a confident, courteous, and friendly approach to patients and colleagues. Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team, providing cross cover to departments as required. Previous experience in an administration role is essential, and the role can be very varied.
A high standard of verbal and written communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and proven experience with MS Office systems are required. Training will be provided, but the successful applicant must be able to produce accurate outcomes and work independently. The post involves providing administrative support to wards and clinics, primarily based in Forres, with potential support to other teams within Moray—Dufftown, Aberlour, Buckie, and Keith. Due to the handling of medical records, the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
