Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider serving hospitals, clinics, and homes. This is a contract position for 6 months.

Salary:

£13.00 - £15.00 per hour PAYE (inside IR35).

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal and client meetings, teleconferences, client visits, and audits to support assigned projects or the project management team. Understand full scope requirements to generate all necessary project documentation.
  2. Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied label text, randomizations, drugs, components, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to internal functions.
  3. Generate required documentation and liaise with the depot group for third-party depot setup.
  4. Manage inventory reporting, monitor, and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
  5. Set up clients on the Fusion suite, provide ongoing support for client use, and manage passwords.
  6. Manage the returns phase of projects, generate, manage, and monitor IDRs and destruction processes, ensuring invoicing is completed.
Your Background:
  1. Educated to a high standard, typically with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or with relevant practical experience.
  2. 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or a relevant business area preferred.
  3. Strong time management and organizational skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service while managing multiple tasks.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Professionalism, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience communicating with external clients.
  6. Performance-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and inclusive.
