Location: Liverpool

Salary: £37k-£40k plus benefits

Do you have at least 3 years' UK experience in a Civils Technician role? Are you looking to join a thriving practice and be part of their forward journey?

Our client is expanding their Liverpool office and they need an experienced Civils Technician who has worked on drainage packages and external levels drawing for residential developments.

They work in various sectors and their project workload includes affordable housing, commercial, education, public buildings, private housing, office & retail, and large residential schemes.

Required Skills:

• Production of S278/S38 highways packages
• S104/185 drainage packages
• Proficient in AutoCAD and, preferably, PDS/Site 3D modelling software
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Client facing with great communication skills
