Civils Technician
Location: Leeds

Their office in Leeds has seen an increase in project wins and they are seeking a civils technician to enhance their project delivery. Ideally, they require a candidate who has at least 3 years' experience, preferably in a similar multidiscipline practice in the UK.
Your role will involve:
- Liaising with architects, clients, and other professionals, representing the practice.
- Managing multiple projects and providing support and guidance to junior members of the team.
- Attending site visits to monitor progress of works, liaising with contractors and clients in relation to any issues found.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autotrack Site 3D, MicroDrainage, Flow, and other relevant packages is required in relation to design and detail highway drainage infrastructure. Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors is essential.
Working knowledge of Sections 38 and 278 Agreements, as well as 102 and 104, is vital.
