About

Galaxy personnel are currently recruiting for a Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman who specializes in utilities projects and groundworks projects across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising groundworks, drainage, planned works, water mains, and more.
2. Managing teams.
3. Liaising with the Manager regarding potential issues.
4. Assisting Coordinators with the team's workload and keeping updated on completed works.
5. Ensuring teams work within guidelines and safety standards.
6. Supervising surfacing gangs and traffic management staff.
7. Participating in regular project meetings, programming works, and updating information.
8. Ensuring all works meet client requirements and specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous supervisory experience.
• SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
• Gold CSCS card.

Compensation

Pay rate negotiable, starting from £28.
