Job summary

ARC are recruiting for a Civils Site Supervisor / Site Manager on an ongoing infrastructure project in Lowestoft. You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard, and manage daily site activities, RAMS, permits and digital records.

The ideal candidate holds SMSTS/SSSTS, a valid First Aid at Work certificate, and IT/site management software experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and a Full UK Driving

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS certificate is required.
• First Aid at Work certificate is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Managing daily site activities, site documentation and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinating lifting operations and temporary works.
• Liaising with engineers, clients and the wider project team.
• Completing site reports, RAMS, permits and digital paperwork.
