Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd in Burton-upon-Trent is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of a £4 million civils project. You will manage site operations from mobilisation through to completion, supervising teams and subcontractors to ensure work is safe, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The role requires SMSTS and CSCS certification, a strong civils background, and the ability to coordinate plant, materials and deliveries while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering or construction.
• Experience delivering projects valued at approximately £4 million.
• Strong civils, infrastructure, groundworks knowledge.
• Excellent site management and subcontractor coordination.
• SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
• RAMS and health and safety knowledge.
• Availability to commit to a minimum 44-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a £4 million civils project.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Monitor progress against programmes and report delays.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, health and safety processes.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
• Attend site meetings with Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Maintain site records, daily reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues to deliver works safely and efficiently.
