A regional contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee housing infrastructure projects in Market Weighton. Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, overseeing supply chains, and ensuring compliance with NHBC standards. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus additional benefits including a car allowance and pension. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in site management and relevant certifications.
Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a long-standing regional groundworks & civil engineering contractor to manage project in the Market Weighton area.
The initial project is a housing infrastructure package and will run for 18-24 months. It includes all roads & sewers, pumping station, deep drainage and associated Civils work.
The contractor are well known for their growth in recent years and are currently operating across North East, Yorkshire, North West and slightly further afield from several offices. Comfortable management systems in place & a structured organisation with large management team - meaning your job as Site Manager is made as smooth as possible.
Future packages will cover roads & sewers and associated civils packages to new-build residential sites mainly with some commercial packages. Project values are up to 10m. Based out of a central office in West Yorkshire with ongoing works across the region.
