Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing earthworks, drainage, and excavation (highways) operations
• Managing on-site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Supporting the delivery of works to programme and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in earthworks, highways excavation, and drainage
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Engineering background preferred (not essential)

Certifications & Training Required:

• CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid at Work (3-day)
• Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable)
