VEA Telecoms UK is currently recruiting for the role of Civils Operatives. The position is based out of our office in Birmingham, with a requirement to work across Greater Manchester daily.

Key responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the safety, quality, and environmental aspects of your work site, as well as the welfare of your colleagues.
• Plan and coordinate site works according to the instructions of the client and the Operations Manager.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and site arrangements are prepared at the start of each day, which may require early starts.
• Conduct daily risk assessments and ensure all safety, health, and environmental requirements are met to maintain a safe working environment.
• Experience with dealing with blockages and reinstatements is required.

This role is crucial in enabling us to progress quickly to the build stage and continue expanding our Telecoms presence.
