The Role

Job Purpose

• Carry out excavations and civils works in compliance with industry standards and safety rules.
• Manage NRSWA and safety for projects.
• Ensure quality and compliance of workmanship.

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage programmed works prioritizing safety standards.
• Ensure site safety, work quality, and compliance with standards.
• Develop good relationships with clients, service providers, and end customers.
• Deliver projects on quality, safety, performance, and cost.
• Interface with customer staff and other service providers.
• Ensure progress during project lifecycle.

About You

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in civils discipline.
• Experience in the electricity distribution industry.
• Distribution Network Authorization.
• Good communication skills, ability to give and receive instructions.
• Interpersonal skills: communication, influencing, negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy.
• Knowledge of plant and apparatus maintenance, design, and construction.

• Organizational skills.
• Understanding of civil procedures in electrical projects.
• Knowledge of asset owner interfaces.
• Civils jointing materials and tooling.
• Client-specific requirements.
