Job summary

MadiganGill are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Foreman to join a civil engineering project in Portishead, BS20. This is an excellent opportunity to lead site activities on a major project with an immediate start for the right candidate.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and Tier 1 contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards on site. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications, plus strong supervision experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civils Foreman with a strong background in site supervision and experience working alongside Tier 1 contractors.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

• Position: Civils Foreman
• Location: Portishead, BS20
• Pay Rate: £300 per shift
• Start Date: ASAP
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid CSCS card.
• A valid SMSTS qualification.
• A valid First Aid certificate.
• Previous experience working on civil engineering sites.sess.
• Previous experience dealing with Tier 1 contractors.
• A strong understanding of site operations and the ability to manage site activities professionally.
