You'll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across a wide range of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, highways, drainage, groundworks, and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and take-offs
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricingAssess project risks, constraints, and opportunities
• Support bid submissions and contribute to value engineering proposals
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and the wider commercial team

About You

• Proven experience as a Civils Estimator or similar role within the construction sector
• Strong understanding of civil engineering methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
