Fawkes & Reece Group in Kent is seeking a Civils biased Design Manager to lead design and delivery of civil engineering projects near Maidstone. You will collaborate with Pre-Construction to shape schemes and drive value engineering with project teams and suppliers.

A civil engineering degree is required, with chartered status or working toward ICE chartership. Site or design consultancy experience is desirable, plus a full UK driving licence for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Requires civil engineering degree and ICE chartership progression.
• Experience in feasibility studies, options appraisal and concept design is beneficial.
• Experience in leading design and delivery of complex civil projects.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Pre-Construction to lead design and delivery of projects within the Southern Region.
• Engage with project teams and suppliers to challenge designers and drive value engineering while ensuring buildability.
