Job title: Civil Works Controller

Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Depending on Experience
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Applicants must have experience of the following:

1. Must have or are able to obtain SC clearance
2. Good management and supervision skills
3. Understanding of legacy ponds
4. Understanding of construction programme needs
5. Knowledge of the CTC process through to handover
6. Good record keeping and communication skills
7. Demonstrable civil works experience

Ideally applicants should also have:

1. NVQ level 5 in relevant field or equivalent
