What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the civil anchorage team, overseeing the design and coordination of anchorage systems for HPC and SZC. This includes managing engineers and coordinators, ensuring compliance with structural codes and safety standards, and integrating anchorage design with other disciplines.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including teams in the UK and France, to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment. Your leadership will be key in resolving design issues, managing delivery milestones, and supporting equipment contracts.

Beyond delivery, you'll build and develop a high-performing team, maintaining technical competence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You bring proven experience in leading engineering delivery in complex environments, with strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. You're confident presenting to technical audiences and adept at navigating project challenges.

Ideally, you have experience in anchorage design, structural analysis tools, and nuclear sector standards. Familiarity with Eurocodes, reinforced concrete design, and project leadership is a plus. French language skills and knowledge of contractual processes would be advantageous.

If you're ready to lead with purpose and shape the future of nuclear engineering, we'd love to hear from you.
