  • Perform and oversee structural and seismic analyses in accordance with design basis requirements and applicable codes and standards.
  • Establish, maintain, and govern design basis documentation, specifications, calculations, and engineering deliverables to ensure design integrity and compliance.
  • Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical outputs, resolving complex or emergent engineering issues affecting systems, structures, and components.
  • Support plant and system modifications through development of engineering solutions and design changes.
  • Lead and integrate nuclear safety, safety case, and licensing requirements into civil and structural design, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and providing substantiated engineering input to safety and licensing documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams to enable integrated engineering delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Provide technical input to proposals, bids, and client engagements, including scope definition, estimates, and solution development.
  • Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and engineering teams as required.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and manage team capability and performance within the discipline.
