BakerHicks is seeking Civil and Structural Engineers at multiple career stages. The firm delivers innovative, sustainable design for major UK infrastructure projects, with a focus on technical excellence and collaborative working.

The successful candidate will contribute to projects requiring Eurocodes and British Standards knowledge, work in multidisciplinary teams, and apply strong problem-solving to complex design challenges.

• Experience working on civil and/or structural engineering projects in the UK
• Solid knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Sector experience in areas such as nuclear, defence, life sciences, transportation, energy, power, rail, public sector, advanced manufacturing, or industrial projects
