Civil Structural Engineer (Facades, Cladding & Curtain Walling) - North London / Hertfordshire, UK

A new vacancy for a Civil Structural Engineer (BUILDING ENVELOPE) with a leading UK provider of performance testing, assessment & approval services to product developers, manufacturers & installers in the construction industry. Reporting to the company's offices in the North London / Hertfordshire area, the Senior Technical Engineer (BUILDING ENVELOPE) will also have the option of hybrid/homeworking 2 days per week.

The main purpose of the Civil Structural Engineer (BUILDING ENVELOPE) role is to plan, coordinate, and carry out assessments of construction products and systems related to building envelope structures. You will manage multiple projects, prepare contract offers and estimates for the assessment of various types of construction products and systems related to the building envelope. The Civil Structural Engineer (BUILDING ENVELOPE) will also research and investigate aspects of construction product/system performance, work as part of a team contributing to team and individual targets and objectives, and regularly communicate with clients to ensure high standards of quality and service.
