Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer (Progression to Chartership)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Chartership + Flexible hours + Training + Progression + Life insurance + Company Benefits

Are you a graduate Civil or Structural Engineer, or similar looking for a new role with a modern and bold company that will take your existing skills and knowledge and focus on providing you with continuous training to develop specialised skillset, progress you from one promotion to the next, and support you in gaining your chartership all while proving fantastic company benefits?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading consultancy, operating within a specialist market providing blast-resistant structural engineering solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and globally, including football stadiums, major event arenas, railway stations, and defence buildings, they are known for their innovative approach to designing safety solutions.

This varied and autonomous role is office based initially, with the ability to adjust your start and finish time with the freedom of flexi time. You will be working with the wider design team to collaborate on projects, liaising with clients to define project requirements and undertake and supervise the completion of detailed structural calculations using linear and non-linear methods.

This role would suit someone with a Civil or Structural degree looking to progress, receive specialised training and gain chartership.
