Time 4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Civil Supervisor position for up to 4 weeks on a solar farm in Leamington Spa. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly reputable, family-run business specializing in Top Tier Solar Cable Installation and renewable energy projects.

The role of Civil Supervisor involves starting ASAP and may extend for the right candidate, potentially leading to long-term opportunities.

As a Civil Supervisor, you will work alongside a main Solar Farm contractor specializing in Renewable Energy, based on a solar farm site working on a groundworks package with M&E components, including bulk earthworks and trenches. Due to the remote location and nature of the work, you must be prepared to get dirty!

While previous experience specifically on solar farms is not essential, you must have worked on civils projects involving digging trenches or utilities for cable installation.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing groundworks operations, ensuring personnel safety, managing daily work activities, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and communicating with the management team.

The site supervisor is also responsible for establishing site and individual goals, managing the site budget, handling disciplinary actions, conducting annual reviews, and acting as a role model in the field to ensure all procedures are followed.
