• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering.
• Strong background in ducting, drainage and concrete works.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and subcontractors.
• Strong health & safety knowledge.
• Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities on site.
• Overseeing ducting, drainage and concrete works.
• Managing subcontractors, labour and site operatives.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
• Coordinating site activities and sequencing works effectively.
• Conducting regular quality and safety inspections.
• Briefing and monitoring RAMS.
• Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers and subcontractors.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.
• Identifying and resolving any issues that could affect programme or quality.
