Role: Civil Senior Design Engineer - Environment

Locations: Solihull / Grangemouth / Nottingham (Annesley) / Warrington / Bristol, with consideration for other locations.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Engineering Design Team, collaborating with Principal Engineers, Design Managers, and Leads to deliver high-quality designs in compliance with GT processes, BMS, and H&S regulations.
• Provide technical design delivery in water and wastewater industries, with potential line management responsibilities.
• Contribute to engineering governance, ensure design integration, support procurement, and site activities.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and early careers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Municipal Water and Wastewater industries, working with clients like Severn Trent, Scottish Water, etc.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Knowledge of civil design, H&S legislation, British Standards, and QA procedures.
• Proficiency in calculations, reports, hydraulics, and design activity scheduling.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team skills.
