Key Skills and Responsibilities for the Civil Quantity Surveyor Role:

1. Cost Estimation and Budget Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets for earthworks, pipelines, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
2. Contract Management: Draft, review, and administer contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
3. Measurement and Payment: Measure quantities of materials and work completed for progress payments and final accounts.
4. Project Monitoring: Monitor project risks, evaluate variations and change orders, and advise on cost implications.

Experience: Heavy Civils experience within the Water Industry is essential.

Location, Compensation, and Duration:

• Location: London
• Day Rate: Up to £500.00
• Outside IR35
• Duration: 12 - 24 months minimum
