Civil Project Engineer - Site Design

Job Description

Bolton & Menk is now accepting applications for a Professional Engineer to join our Site Design and Landscape Architect team as a Project Engineer in Plymouth, MN. In this role, you will collaborate on a variety of projects, emphasizing sports and athletics, overseeing the planning, development, and completion of projects profitably, and engaging in client contact and business development activities.

We seek a licensed engineer with experience in site design, client meetings, and project management from inception to construction across diverse projects. Responsibilities

This role focuses on site development projects, coordinating planning, development, and completion to ensure client satisfaction, working closely with Project Managers to understand client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including construction observation
• Experience in plan and specification development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to develop grading plans
• Experience with stormwater management tools (HydroCAD, P8, MIDS)
• Erosion and Sediment Control knowledge
• Storm sewer pipe design experience
• Client contact and public presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000, based on experience and credentials.
