•You will manage cases from initial assessment to final hearing and enforcement, using your knowledge of litigation strategy to achieve fair, timely resolutions for clients.

•The appointed solicitor will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and technical development across the team.

•You will bring essential experience in using Case Management Systems and supervising or mentoring junior staff.

•Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with proven experience in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence matters, handling fast, intermediate, and multi-track cases.
