As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, you'll step into a thriving litigation department alongside a Chartered Legal Executive, a trainee, and two dedicated legal secretaries. Youll take the lead on a wide range of matters and enjoy genuine flexibility, trust, and career progression.

Your Caseload as a Civil Litigation Solicitor

Youll manage a broad and engaging civil litigation caseload including:

Property and boundary disputes

Contentious probate and trust litigation

Contract and commercial disputes

Building and construction disagreements

A high volume of specialist motorhome litigation

Occasional employment law advice (approx. 10%)

From day one, youll be hands-on with files, working directly with clients and helping them navigate complex disputes with care and confidence.

Around 34 years PQE as a Civil Litigation Solicitor/Or CILEX with practising rights

Strong grounding in general civil litigation employment law a bonus
