Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a local authority based in Merseyside. They are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work among legal experts and progress your career. Below are the details of the position.

Salary

PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £40.09 to £44.48 per hour

Umbrella - £45 to £50 per hour

Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

1. Handle high caseloads in Litigation cases from start to completion.
2. Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
3. Provide legal advice, draft documents, conduct litigation, and undertake advocacy.
4. Manage conduct of litigation, including advocacy.

About you as a Litigation Lawyer:

1. Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in Litigation law.
2. Proficient in drafting legal documents to a high standard.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
