CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, BERKSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50-60,000 (DOE) + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE.

Outstanding opportunity to join the expanding Litigation practice of this established and well-regarded Law firm.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced department, managing a diverse caseload within its litigation practice. This will include matters relating to commercial litigation, contractual disagreements, debt recovery, employment law, and landlord and tenant disputes.

  • The firm are seeking qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with litigation experience.
  • You will manage your own independent caseload, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and complex matters, and demonstrate confidence in handling both pre-litigation work and court proceedings, including client representation in court where required.
  • You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering excellent client service and attention to detail through drafting legal documentation and correspondence, managing files effectively, and ensuring all deadlines are met in an organised manner.
  • You will be supported in developing your career with this forward-thinking firm, benefiting from ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to participate in marketing and business development initiatives while building strong relationships with clients and key contacts.
