CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:

The firm is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time, experienced Litigation/Dispute Resolution solicitor to join this busy litigation department. This role will be predominantly based at the West Midlands office, although travel to other sites will be required. The role involves all aspects of civil litigation work for private and business clients, excluding personal injury, clinical negligence, and employment, as those are handled by separate departments. Due to the location and nature of the role, it is essential that all candidates drive and have their own transport. The work source includes existing clients and direct enquiries, as well as word-of-mouth/recommendations. Excellent career progression opportunities are available for the right solicitor.
