The Role

This position involves handling a varied caseload of general civil litigation matters, both privately funded and insurance-backed. The caseload may include some or all of the following:

  • Landlord & tenant disputes
  • Debt recovery claims
  • Contentious probate
  • Boundary and property disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Employment matters
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in civil litigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently, as well as within a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
