Responsibilities

Civil Litigation Solicitor – Full or Part-Time Opportunity

Location: High Street Practice in Broadstairs, Kent

Salary: Competitive – Commensurate with experience

Hours: Full or Part-Time (Flexible Working Considered)

We are a well-established and busy high street law firm seeking an experienced Solicitor or CILEX with at least five years PQE to join our Civil Litigation team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding caseload of Civil Litigation matters, including:

• Contractual Disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt Recovery
• Landlord & Tenant issues
• Contentious Probate (desirable but not essential)

You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own department and files with administrative support. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time roles, and flexible working arrangements can be discussed.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Solicitor with experience in Civil Litigation
• Has a strong client-care ethos and is comfortable handling sensitive matters
• Can manage their own caseload independently
• Is proactive, well-organised, and a team player
