Civil Litigation Lawyer
Rate: £50 - 60 per hour umbrella (Locum/Interim)
Location: East Anglia
Working: Remote / Hybrid
About the Civil Litigation Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are looking for a qualified lawyer who has good local authority experience, and can deal with a range of in house contentious matters. Candidates should have rounded experience to take on any matter which falls into civil litigation within Local Authority. The ability to conduct advocacy would also be an advantage when necessary.
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
As a litigation lawyer in the litigation section, you will provide clear, comprehensive professional legal advice to all clients and be comfortable negotiating with other professionals. Lawyers manage a portfolio of their own cases, advising on complex matters including, but not limited to:

We are looking for full-time or 4 days per week and flexible working candidates with the organisation currently working in a remote or hybrid working manner and offering flexi time.
You will need to be a qualified Solicitor, barrister or FCILEx to apply. Local Government experience is essential.
