Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic local authority, based in Northampton, which needs an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This role offers a mixed caseload and an exciting opportunity to work at a supportive and community centred council.

Role: Civil Litigation Lawyer

Location: Northampton - Court Attendance Required

Salary: £50-£55ph umbrella (rate offered will be based on experience and interview performance)

Contract Duration: 3 month rolling

Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
  1. Handle a mixed caseload of Civil Litigation law from start to completion. This will involve: Debt Recovery (inc. C/Tax, Non-payment of commercial rent etc), Judicial Review, Commercial Property disputes and minimal Housing disrepair.
  2. Attend court in Northampton as and when required.
  3. Provide support to the increased capacity of the council.
Key Requirements:
  1. Ability to manage a mixed caseload of Civil litigation law from start to completion.
  2. Must be based in or able to easily travel to Northampton for court appearances.
  3. Must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive in England and Wales with 3+ years of PQE in Civil Litigation.
