Job Opportunity: Experienced Civil Litigation Assistant

Sue Ross Legal is collaborating with a traditional High Street practice that offers comprehensive, efficient, and experienced legal services to local and sub-regional clients, including private individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. We are recruiting an Experienced Civil Litigation Assistant to join an existing team, managing a diverse caseload that includes both family and general litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct civil litigation work and support our Civil Litigation Partner.
  2. Engage professionally with clients, understanding and managing their needs.
  3. Ensure the safe progression of a wide variety of civil court claims.
  4. Collaborate effectively with team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Up-to-date knowledge of legal principles.
  2. Experience with court processes; a law degree is advantageous.
  3. Ability to work independently and produce work without support.
  4. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage various civil litigation and administrative tasks efficiently.
  6. Strong telephone and IT skills.
