Millbank Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Civil Inspector for a major industrial construction project in Mold, North Wales. You will independently inspect civil, structural and architectural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, project specifications and ITPs, while maintaining thorough quality records.

Role blends practical site inspection with documentation, including NOIs/RFIs, NCRs, and daily/weekly quality reporting.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Civil Inspector on major EPC/EPCM projects.
• Excellent understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out independent inspections of civil, structural and architectural works.
• Provide proactive site surveillance throughout all phases of construction.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality requirements.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support investigations and corrective actions.
• Produce daily and weekly quality reports and maintain inspection records.
