Job summary

Ramboll in the United Kingdom and Ireland is seeking an Engineer to contribute to civil and infrastructure design delivery across projects, including SuDS, drainage, utilities, earthworks and highways. You will help integrate design with other disciplines and develop client-facing representation skills.

We value excellent communication, a degree in Civil Engineering, and a trajectory toward CEng or IEng while supporting your progression and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with SuDS, drainage and earthworks design.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; produces technical reports.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Actively working toward CEng or IEng with a relevant institution.
• Interested in learning new skills and progressing your career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure design across projects (SuDS, surface & foul drainage, utilities, earthworks, highways).
• Assist in integrating civil design with other disciplines for coordinated, constructible outcomes.
• Develop the skills to represent Ramboll with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to health, safety and quality best practices (including CDM) across the team.
• Support business development: build relationships, gather market intelligence and contribute to discipline-specific bids.
• Take ownership of your career development and progression towards ICE Chartership.
