Job summary

Edge Recruits is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Bristol and Port Talbot. You will manage delivery from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while driving commercial performance.

The role requires proven PM experience in civil engineering, a valid CSCS card, and willingness to travel regularly between Bristol and Port Talbot with a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in civil/infra projects.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong safety, quality and cost control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of civil engineering projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high standards of delivery.
