Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking a General Operative to support civil engineering works on Scottish Water projects across the East of Scotland, based in Fife. You will perform general labouring, assist with pipework installations, handling materials, and maintain high health and safety standards on site under the Site Manager's guidance.

Ideal candidates have experience on civil projects, a flexible attitude, and certifications such as DOMS/EUSR and NRSWA.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely on construction sites.
• Flexible attitude and good communication on site.
• Essential health and safety awareness on civil works.
• DOMS or EUSR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on civil engineering sites.
• Unloading materials and assisting in loading operations.
• Assist with excavation and pipework installations.
• Maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Work under the guidance of the Site Manager.
