Civil Engineers All Levels - Water Infrastructure, Drainage or Flood Risk

Due to increasing workload, RPS seeks Civil Engineers, Senior Civil Engineers, and Principal Engineers with experience in designing major civil engineering schemes, including water infrastructure, drainage, and flood alleviation. Positions are based in Belfast, Glasgow, or Edinburgh.

We have a long-term order book for flood alleviation schemes across Ireland and Scotland. Join us for career development and to be part of a team of industry experts.

About The Team:

Our engineers and scientists develop national strategies, feasibility studies, and design sustainable flood risk management solutions, applying latest technology and innovative techniques.

Experience:

  • Experience in Civil Engineering Projects, Water Infrastructure, and Drainage
  • Interest or experience in river and coastal engineering, natural flood management
  • Ability to manage design, construction, and handover stages
  • Experience with UK and Irish clients preferred
  • AutoCAD, Civils 3D, MX Design skills advantageous
  • Project Management software (MS Project) experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • MEng/BEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Chartered or near Chartered status preferred for senior roles
