You will prepare detailed drawings in AutoCAD, assist with drainage and roads design, and collaborate with engineers, clients, and architects to develop practical solutions while ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Civil Engineering Technician within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D or MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage is advantageous.
• Understanding of drainage design, highways layouts and infrastructure works.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Assist with the design of roads, drainage and external works.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation for planning and construction stages.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop design solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, clients and other consultants.
• Ensure drawings comply with design standards and regulations.
