We're working with a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London, currently seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to drive the delivery of infrastructure projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technicians.
As the Civil Design Lead, you will:
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and regeneration sectors.
Oversee S278 highways schemes, S38 works, and drainage designs.
Engage in business development and build lasting client relationships.
Maintain technical oversight while driving strategic growth and project delivery.

You're a civil engineering professional with:
Proven experience in private sector consultancy.
Strong technical knowledge of highways design (S278/S38) and drainage.
Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience.
A track record in business development and building client trust.
Chartered or working toward chartership (MICE or similar).
£75k – £100k basic salary (depending on experience)
Hybrid working (2+ days in the office)
