About the Role:

As the Civil Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee the construction and upkeep of essential infrastructure that supports the efficient transmission and distribution of renewable energy across the region. Your role will ensure that projects adhere to technical, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all aspects of civil engineering work on grid infrastructure projects, from initial planning to final implementation.

Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.

Oversee the preparation and validation of construction documents, including site reports, design drawings, and specifications.

Monitor progress, adapting project schedules as needed to meet deadlines and respond to challenges on the ground.

Requirements:
