We are recruiting a Senior Consultant with experience in recruiting management staff within a Civil Engineering Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. The role involves recruiting Civil Engineering Professionals across various disciplines, including Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Bid Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, etc., for large national or regional contractors.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own section and potentially manage a team, with support from experienced senior management. We are interested in recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, and a good knowledge of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors, and the ability to headhunt candidates. Even with limited headhunting experience, we offer training to enhance your skills and earnings.
