We are recruiting a Senior Consultant experienced in managing Civil Engineering recruitment on a permanent basis. The role involves recruiting Civil Engineering professionals across various disciplines, including Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, etc., for large national or regional contractors.

You will have the opportunity to develop your section and manage your own team, with support from experienced senior management. We welcome recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, and a good knowledge of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors. Even with limited headhunting experience, we are keen to train and develop your skills, increasing your billings and earnings.
