  • Support innovation and compliance with regulations.

About the Role

The Civil Engineering Project Manager will oversee offshore wind and HVDC interconnector projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. The role involves coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires approximately 50% travel to client sites, with a company car provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and quality.
  • Procure and manage consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers from design to delivery.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and opportunities.
  • Act as Contract Administrator under NEC3/4, FIDIC, or custom contracts.
  • Draft and manage subcontract documentation, including scope, specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Lead technical and progress meetings.
  • Coordinate with civil design managers to ensure documentation flow aligns with project timelines.
  • Track scope changes and assess impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Support innovation and compliance with regulations.
