About the Role

The Civil & Engineering Project Manager will oversee projects from design to construction, managing budgets, timelines, site safety, and contractor coordination. The role involves engaging stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project designs and specifications using CAD and Microsoft tools.
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with CDM requirements.
  • Prepare reports and present to stakeholders.
  • Research industry advancements and implement new processes and equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably with PRINCE2 certification.
  • Strong knowledge of food/agriculture production processes and automation.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification with solid health and safety understanding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work away from home as required.
