A leading construction and infrastructure services company is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their teams. This role offers hands-on experience, supporting project designs, schedules, and compliance across various locations in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills. This is a full-time, two-year graduate development programme, starting September 2026, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks - We provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK's essential services and assets. Working across the water, nuclear and other decarbonised energy, environmental and waterways sectors, we provide sustainable and safe solutions for our clients and customers whilst protecting and restoring natural habitats.
Transportation - Build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people. We provide transport solutions that are sustainable, long-lasting and that promote various methods of transport.

Locations: Midlands - With flexibility to travel/relocate

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, helping to shape the future of construction across the UK. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of teams, either on-site where the action happens or in a design-based role, depending on where your interests lie.
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Civil Engineering.
