Role:

During the scheme, you will rotate through:

• Civil Engineering
• Development Management
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

The scheme is flexible, allowing you to explore different areas and identify where your strengths lie. After rotations, you will choose a group to continue your career.

This is a permanent position.

Requirements:

• Degree in one of the following: Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, Environmental Science or Geography (including sustainability, transport planning, flood-risk management), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction/Project/Development Management (with strong academic background)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
